Zoo celebrates World Environment Day
Johannesburg, June 2008

The Johannesburg zoo celebrates World Environmental Day annually. This year’s theme is based on the amphibian species which are threatened/endangered, Wetland habitat (water, animals and plants).

This will take place on the 06 June 2008 at the Johannesburg zoo. The event will start from 9:00-12:30. External stakeholders include Rand Water, Department of Water Affairs Forestry, Endagered Wildlife Trust, Siyabona and Delta Center. Come and join us on the day, remember we are working towards frog conservation.
